Business Analyst Internship

As part of our growth strategy, the company is looking for a Business Analyst to work and report directly to the COO in our head quarter in Lisbon.

The Business Analyst will be a vital part of the company as he will help the COO identifying and validating the best strategies to grow the business in the years to come. About the job responsibilities:

You will be tasked with supporting our top-level decisions based on data! We expect you to perform data preparation and activities designed to support BI, with the intent to identify specific information required to support our sales force and then present these results in a meaningful and intuitive format, using a variety of BI tools and techniques.



Your typical day will look like:

Work with different stakeholders to identify KPIs and gather business requirements for reporting;

Work directly with the COO;

Create design deliverables for new reports and dashboards;

Test reports to ensure optimal user experience and data quality;

Investigate and solve data discrepancies and inconsistencies and assist in addressing the cause;

Create and modify dashboards and reports using BI tools based on project requirements;

Build queries to answer ad-hoc questions, but also complete ad-hoc requests independently while verifying data and working with other departments;

Focus on understanding the relationships within the data, and the business’s key performance indicators.

Requisitos

Estudos mínimos Licenciatura / Mestrado Integrado
Requisitos mínimos Experience & Education:

Demonstrable and strong problem-solving skills;

Creative and critical thinking skills;

Hands-on, do-er mindset;

Results driven and high levels of grit;

Fluent in English.

Preferred Tools knowledge:

Top Excel skills;

Experience in SQL;

R, SPSS, or other statistical analysis software (big plus).
Idiomas Inglês ( Leitura: Nivel avançado / Escrita: Nivel avançado / Conversa: Nivel avançado )
